Everything was great. Only small glitch was scheduling the drop off. There was a miscommunication in timing. Otherwise, a great experience overall.

The move couldn't have gone better, my husband was on the load out end of the move and I didn't witness everything, but from what I heard the movers couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and professional, and they certainly were on the load-in end. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Overall, a very good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful and worked quickly.I do have a broken vase which I would like to have covered by my insurance. I am in the process of unpacking other boxes so there may be other issues, but I anticipate they will be fine as they are mostly clothes.

My salesperson was very professional. The movers arrived early, and the entire move went better and faster than I expected. Also, the dispatcher called during the move to ensure that it was going well and to check if there were any issues. I highly recommend FlatRate!

The movers moved FAST! Overall it was great. I think a few times if they slowed down a bit some minor issues would have been avoided. We have an expensive crib and the headboard was chipped very badly.Also many walls in the new house were scuffed up (all fixable with paint).
