We had such a wonderful experience with our move. The movers were courteous, competent & efficient. I was also extemely impressed by their honesty. When I got my quote for the move, I informed the salesperson that the building we were moving into had a very small elevator & a few large pieces of furniture may have to be carried up 4 flights of stairs. From start to finish, both my salesperson (Dejon) and my movers (Vladimir and his crew) were great! The poor guys had to move me out of my house in a Nor'Easter (driving from NY to PA) and still came back the following weekend to move me into my new place, without any complaints. Very satisfied with the move overall; 4 burly men moved us out of our 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom apt a few blocks away. We had a lot of stuff, so the move took about 6 hours. Just thought the price was a bit high, especially for disposal of furniture.

Rocky and his team were extremely professional, timely, and efficient. They actually arrived early after checking that that would work for us (which it did) and got to work right away. Everything was moved without an issue except for 1 minor lamp incident which we reported. All in we were very pleased.
