Having one representative that could only assist with changes, updates, or provide information was extremely difficult at times as he wasn't always available. Also literature on what to expect on the day of the move would have been helpful prior to the movers arriving.

I was highly impressed with the 3 men that did my move on time , professional , and thorough . Everything was wrapped, covered tagged and listed with much detail to avoid errors and problems. Jany, Juan, and Glenn were friendly and guided me with information. Thank you so much for your help , it's been a very stressful time , but the day of the move was not.

This is our second experience with FlatRate. This move our baby grand piano was moved to our daughter's home. I was a bit nervous but the gentlemen who moved the piano were reassuring and capable. The piano got to its new home in the same condition it left my home. Thank you.

Matt was incredibly helpful from the first phone-call. The two moving men were professional, arrived early, were fast, efficient and very accomodating. They would not let me lift a finger or even a roll of tape.
