My lovers were amazing!! I've never had such a stress free move! They even hung up my coats as we were unloading. They all deserve raises for having to move me in the snow and with great attitudes. Will use flat rate next time I move.

The two movers who showed up were AMAZING. They were early, moved quick, and extremely professional. I was on a 5th floor walkup, and these guys handled it with no problem, got everything moved out to the truck in record time. Second move in 13 months with Flat rate. They packed us up as well as moved. Movers were quick, courteous and careful with my belongings. I had a lower quote from another company, but due to my first experience with FlatRate, decided to use the service again, and quite happy we did. 2 managers checked in throughout the day to see how it was going. I outsourced my move to family members while I was at work. Communication from flat rate was excellent and the move was seamless even without me not physically present. If necessary I will utilize their services again.

The movers (same guys that helped move me into storage 6 months ago), were prompt and very respectful of the home and my things. They went above and beyond the call of duty and for that I will always use Flat Rate if/when I move again!!

Movers were very efficient in getting us packed and moved and finished up the job at 2pm (2 hours before building cutoff). No items were damaged. Our only issue was that we were charged for extra boxes/packing and it seemed that some of the boxes could have been packed with more items, preventing us from going over on our initial quote.

Once again, Kevin Volk was the best moving coordinator. He was even able to set us up with the same moving crew from a previous move of ours that week. Flawless service and the moving crew was super prompt. High class operation!

I haven't completed my delivery end of the move yet but the guys were very nice, efficient, and fast! They knew exactly what they were doing and the best way to get everything packed and out of a small space. They were right on time and called 10 minutes before arriving! Overall, a great experience so far!

This is about the 4th year in a row we have used FlatRate, and we have yet to have an issue with their corporate office or any of the movers who perfrm the move on the moving day. All staff are helpful, friendly and efficient and the movers (in spite of working very hard) are always pleasant, helpful and FAST! I recommend to ANYONE who needs to move within a budget.
