One item accidentally left on the truck in a picture crate, and it was returned to me next business day - stellar service.

I was very happy to leave everything on the movers hand because they really were real professionals. Beth was very smart with her suggestions when she came to give her appraisal .Marco the mover was on top of it all and did all that was asked of him with joy. It was wonderful seeing Marco, Andrew & Mark all work together so well.

I worked with Bernard to set up the move and he was wonderful. He answered all my questions. The day of the move everything went smoothly.

Great experience with Flat Rate, would use them again and recommend them. Movers documented the items very well. Only issue was that some stuff was moved that should have gone to the trash. Not a big issue because the flat rate did not include these items and we weren't charged. Overall great experience.

I thought the estimate given to me was too high and the salesperson working with me, gave me suggestions to lower the price (ie. other dates/times). He was able to lower the price significantly and so much so, that his quote was lower than what I was trying to get him to price match! The movers were also very nice and incredibly accomodating. Worth every penny regardles...

We were very pleased with all aspects of the move, especially the efficiency and service of our movers. The only complaint was the requirement of multiple confirmation of move dates (by email, then phone) when we had already set the date by contract.

Shawn and his team were great at the pick-up. Very respectful, efficient and hard-working. However, I'm still waiting on delivery as there at 4 days left in my window.
