My roommate and I had a great moving experience with Flat Rate. The movers were timely, very friendly and incredibly helpful. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently they worked. The main mover, Atiba, was super friendly and personable and made the moving experience a lot less stressful/more fun. I would highly recommend this moving company.

More than happy with my movers. They handled everything with care and didn't break a single thing. I was dreading the move but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Thank you Noel and Emmanuel...you guys were fantastic.

Alex and his crew were top notch. Not a better moving team in the business. These guys were punctual, communicative, courteous and FAST!!! If I ever need to move again, Alex and crew will be specifically sought out and hired. Will refer him to friends and relatives without hesitation.

There should be another check box for 'Extremely Satisfied'. Everything from the initial inquiry with Max in sales to the last item removed off the truck by one of Oscar's guys, everything was top-notch. It was a difficult move, and they pulled it off with out an issue. Very professional throughout. I would most definitely use you guys again. Thanks a million!

George De Stefano was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in estimating and supporting our rather unusual "move". We received a refund because of packing we subsequently did and our movers were cheerful, efficient and respectful of our property. They made a very stressful experience as easeful as it could be.

Though our dining room table end broke (at the seam) and is likely repairable, the staff both packing up the day before and the movers were amazing. Professional, friendly, quick and took the care to ensure our personal belongings were safe. They were all very commendable.

I was very satisfied overall, but there was a missing link. No one called the day before to confirm. I called in the morning and asked to have the driver call my cell when they were on the way. All went ok except the company that delivered did not use a shuttle truck as requested and paid for. They used the 18 wheeler which they had difficulty getting into my development.

The two men who handled my move were amazingly polite, hard working and professional. I really appreciated how hard they tried to make sure I was satisfied.

We were especially pleased with the professionalism and skill of the moving crew. They made what could have been a difficult move (slow service elevator at one end, three flights of narrow stairs at the other) easy and painless. Great crew!

Move well extremely well. A bit on the pricy side, but all and all very good service.

Randy & Ernest (movers) were fantastic--they came early and were extremely quick. I would definitely recommend FlatRate, but it was quite expensive for the amount of time it took ($825 for a 2 hr move--time estimate given was originally 5.5 hours).

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. As far as I am concerned, you guys are it.My only comment is regarding tipping the movers. When I asked if I could put it on my credit card, they said they preferred cash because they do not always get the full amount. I am not sure if that is the case but these guys work hard and they should get...

The team arrived on time (early, actually), and were incredibly efficient and handled everything with care. Very nice guys- moving is always a stressful experience, but I was confident I was in good hands.

Service was very quick, good and I am very pleased with the service. Movers arrived earlier than expected and took care of my belongings like if they were theirs. It didn't take longer than 5 hours! and they put everything in the right place. I would highly recommend Flatrate to friends!

I received a lot of emails, including one from some kind of partner company that claims to "assist" in the paperwork part of moving homes. Seems like a lot, would maybe try to streamline all of that. Otherwise, the move was great. Axis and his team were very fast and friendly!
