Movers were timely and pleasant, for the most part very polite as well. All furniture arrived in great condition, don't know about what was packed inside the boxes since we haven't opened them yet. I got the impression the packing was done rather hastily and they used little cushioning material... but we'll see when things come out of boxes! It was also a bit troubling ...

The men who came to move me were incredibly polite, great guys who were willing to work with me and help me out even when one of my pieces turned out to be to large for the new apartment. I've worked with another moving company since to bring that piece elsewhere, and the guys were nowhere near as kind! I would definitely go with FlatRate again.

Excellent foreman and crew. Very helpful and efficient. I would use Flatrate again to move. They were not able, however, to be discerning about putting things away neatly. At my request, they opened the boxes for me. I did most of the unpacking because I was the only one who knew where I wanted things to go. If I were to do it again, I wouldn't pay for unpacking.

The team was very professional. Very good with time estimates. All y belongings got perfectly wrapped and transported with ease and simplicity. I will definitely recommend and will use their services again

Overall, a superior experience. I tipped the move foreman on the day of the move, September 28th, as advised by my salesperson DeJon Reid, and asked the foreman to share the tip among all the workers, but it wasn't clear to me whether the packers who worked on September 27th would receive a portion of the tips as well. I worked with Freddie and Brian, and they both were great. They were very nice and efficient! It was easy to work with the preparation department, however I was charged a different amount on my credit card than the estimate I received. It did get resolved quickly though.

the best part of the move was the service that the movers provided. They were outstanding, everything got wrapped in blankets and my furniture arrived to it's destination the way they picked it up. I highly recommend flat rate, even though the price was abit steep I do think it's worth it for the way you will get your furniture to your final destination
