The only thing is I am missing a glass piece from the move for one of my furniture's, I am not sure what happend to it etc??what do I do?

The packers were ok, not great. They were quick to finish but didn't ask questions and as such some things were packed that weren't suppposed to They also forgot to pack a draw. My movers were great. I had a huge wardrobe that just wouldn't fit up the stairs of my house. But they went beyond the call of duty in trying to figure out a way to do it. It wasn't possible in the end, though later I had a window removed and so got it upstairs.

We really required a carpenter, but the salesperson said we didn't. The movers were excellent, but they're not set up to help with carpentry work (Ikea furniture requires a carpenter, it's just too time consuming for the movers not to have one). We were happy with the move however. Not a complaint, just a helpful comment.
