I had such a positive experience with FlatRate since this was the 1st time I ever had to move myself to another state. Historically, companies I've worked for did full relocation services for me so yes, using FlatRate was an excellent decision on my part! You guys are GOOD and extremely professional. I would suggest you streamline processes for requesting information/documents: although I updated online the info details for my building, I was asked again for these, and then asked another time, even though I had also emailed the information. Seems the online platform is not consulted.

Overall an exceptionallly good experience. One thing was that I was quoted and charged on moving 2 refrigerators (while I only requested to be quoted on 1 fridge) and only moved 1 fridge.

The movers were extremelly efficient and well organised(finished in 3 1/2 hours) without a single problem. They took great care of things, and were very professional and courteous. I would definitelly recommened Flat Rate in the future and this particular crew. Thank you.

Only thing that marred an otherwise great experience was that the movers ripped a seam on our bed frame cover, and instead of just pointing it out, they used clear packing tape to cover it up. Wasn't a big deal but I wish they hadn't felt the need to hide it.

The professionalism and friendliness of the sales and moving staff was excellent and made what is generally an awful experience not that bad at all.

There was a problem with the certificate of insurance not getting faxed to the right person in my building, and the movers handled it VERY well. I was very surprised and impressed by the level of professionalism shown. Keep up the great work!

Matt Ockers gave me a fair quote and improved on it when I told him I was tempted to go to a competitor when they offered a lower rate. He answered my questions quickly.
