The only thing I missed was that the head of the team didnt walk through all rooms with me after finishing and check if all is in the new appartment. After they were gone I saw that one book shelf was damaged and fallen apart.

Calvin did a fantastic job on moving day. He worked very hard and made sure his crew worked hard as well. Even if one of the crew slacked off, Calvin stepped in to make sure everything got done the proper way. He deserves a raise!

I had flagged having electronics to move. There was proper storage to move the TV but not my speakers. The movers ended up using furniture rugs which did the job but left a bit of a mess on the equipment in terms of dust. This is my only complaint from the move.

1. Despite my having a greater number of furniture items and boxes and bags than I estimated, I was not charged extra per pound2. The crew was great showed up more than ontime, the whole crew was friendly and they made the move part of moving very seamless and comfortable. I didn't know they were going to set up the bed again and they even put things were they should go...They were great.

I was very, very pleased with my experience. My start time was 8-9am and my movers were parked and ready to begin right at 8am. Dan and his team were courteous, organized, and fast, and I did not have to lift a single box.
