Shaun, Akbar, and Luis were courteous, professional, amazingly strong, and speedy. I can't recommend this company enough. They fit things up a 5 floor walk up and into my apartment I never would have imagined possible.

The only issue I had with the move was with the packing service, which did not finish packing our stuff in time for the move. I *think* they ran out of packing materials and then just left. when I got home I found a aprtially packed apartment and had no idea what was going on. My moving crew of 4 men did a exceptional job. It was a big job, they spent about 12 hrs. on this move. I am very very satisfied with them. This co. was recommended to me & I will recommend to others.

Wonderful. First time hiring a moving company. Flaterate was not the least expensive but it was the most thorough and we knew exactly what to expect and NO hidden fees! Our foreman Vlad walked through what we had on the contract just like Derek our Flaterate rep. did when he gave us the exact cost. We are so pleased we didn't have to worry about payment at the end.

Wonderful experience. Salesperson walk through was quick and efficient, moving team (led by Mario) was on time, was managed well, was very helpful in all elements, and got done quickly. Maybe it was a little more than I hoped to pay for the amount of stuff on the list, but all things considered, I don't mind paying more for smooth sailing like that.

the only down point is that we noticed that our washer has a big dent on the top of it from something stacked on top. We did not notice it until the movers left.otherwise the experience was very favorable. the movers were very accommodating, polite, helpful, and professional.
