All aspects of the move were outstanding. On time for both the pick up and delivery. The personnel involved were corteous and efficient. Nothing was damaged or went missing. Prices were reasonable. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Chad, Danny and i feel terrible but cant remember the other guys name, but they were AMAZING! Quick, efficient, very careful with our furniture and boxes. Not only were they on time, but they were a few minutes early! You never find that with moving companies in NYC. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Marco the head mover was efficient, helpful to me and his co-workers, mindful of my property. I was a little disappointed that my antique grandfather clock was slightly damaged in transport.

I have used many moving companies over the years, but my experience with FlatRate was exceptional. I could only provide a final moving date on very short notice, but this was not a problem. The guys who performed the move were able to navigate easily through my office building despite ongoing construction, and the overall price of the move seemed very reasonable.

I can't believe how competent, polite, professional, etc. everyone from Ms. Ming to the mover, Daniel Leon Reyes and his two man crew were.
