One thing missing: 2 white laminate shelves for the desk, 2x1', probably taped together. Not the end of the world in a big move, but if they show up, I'd love 'em back. Superior work from all, an excellent move.

My moving experience with flat rate was the best moving experience that I have ever had and possibly one of the best overall service experiences I've had of any company period!

My only complaint was that they were speaking Spanish the entire time, even when I asked one of them a question, they would discuss it in front of me in Spanish. It felt sneaky.
