No service business EVER seems to arrive within the window of time they give you, but FlatRate's guys said they'd be there between 9:00 and 9:30, and arrived at 9:15. They were professional, courteous, and quick in safely packing all my movables and I could think of absolutely nothing to complain about. Luis and team were great, very helpful and reassuring during a stressful move. We had big problems getting my couch into the apartment (4th floor walkup in an old brownstone), but after hours of trying, they did it! With minimal scraps and damages. Claudia and the FlatRate team were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to friends.
