The lead mover, the Israeli guy, was excellent. I apologize that I forgot his name,maybe it was Manny, something short for Menachem. He was great.

The movers did a fantastic job at both ends of the move! : on time....very professional....very efficient....handled everything with great care. Everyone we spoke with in the office was excellent, as well: explained everything clearly, returned phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Overall, a great experience!

My movers, Said and his team, are extremely efficient, professional, and reliable. They were unbelievably fast and all of my stuff is exactly the same condition as they left the apartment. Their arrival time was punctual and their teamwork is very well established. Absolutely the best movers I ever had.

The team was so efficient, super quick, wrapped up all my furniture. The move went much better than I would have ever expected. I live in a 5th walk-up building and the movers didn't complain once or even stop to rest! The team was super friendly and I could tell they took pride in their work.

Look, the move is not cheap. That said, you get what you pay for. I did not feel that I was being nickled and dimed; the movers were excellent and worked very hard (I had many stairs and many boxes). They showed up on time, planned the moved, and got it done with. If you have the money, it is worth every penny. I have no complaints. (Please do not use my name if you publish this.)

The two movers that were assigned to my move were ver efficient, handled items with care, and, helpful in every aspect.

We have moved many times. This crew won the prize for the best wrappers we have ever seen. The furniture was wrapped and protected incredibly well. Also, your level of computerization during the move process was greatly appreciated. Electronic signatures, paperless, all great. Please let everyone know how pleased we were.

Alex, Edo, and Misha were phenomonal. I have moved about 10 times in NYC city and of all I think this team was absolutely the best. I never had a team ask me to come out to look at the truck to see how it was packed and to make sure nothing was left off of the truck to move me into storage. I can only hope to get them all again!

sylvester and the boys were great- fast, efficient, careful with my electric piano, china, etc. everything arrived in essentialy the same condition in which it was packed.

The service was wonderful. The truck arrived 10 minutes early. The men were prompt, courtous, and acted very professional. They made sure that all our furniture was brought in and out without any dents or scratches. I have already given this recommendation to my family and friends.

the only thing i am disappointed about is the storage rate, as this is my third move with flat rate AND 2nd storage tour, it just seemed high relatively. but frankly, trusting flat rate, Beth (our Sales contact) put the irritation of higher than expected storage below the happiness with the service. although i do think that the manager could have been more accommodating...

The moving day team were extremely courteous and responsible. Moved quickly and efficiently but not in a rushed way. We are pleased that this is the 3rd Flat Rate move which is a success.
