Moises and his team was excellent. They arrived at our apartment around 8:40 a.m., had everything loaded in the truck by 10:40, and had everything unloaded in our new apartment by 12:40 p.m. Incredible. My husband and I highly recommend using Flatrate in general and Moises in particular.

Alex and the moving team were incredible. They went above and beyond by offering to set up some of our furniture, remove trash, and do a number of things not required. Highly recommend!Only issue: our items were in storage and were freezing cold when we unpacked them. A few of them broke, estimated about $100-$150 of total value. This was the only disappointment
