When I submitted estimate and approved price it was because I trusted FlatRate. The entire move from arrival to departure of empty truck was about 2 hours. Under these circumstances the price seemed high. I wonder if I would have sent you this email if the move took longer and I thought the price was too low?

The guys worked quickly and carefully to get everything out of my NYC apartment, loaded in the truck, moved to Ridgefield CT, and then unloaded into the home. Everything went smoothly with not hiccups. Great guys and would definitely recommend.

Extremely satisfied at the efficient and careful manner in which all my furniture was wrapped and handled. I was most concerned about a very large wall unit with glass shelves and doors and the guys did not disappoint, They wrapped each peice in a moving quilt like a present,then plastic wrappd on top of that. The only issue we had was the wrong certificate of insurance was sent in and it kept us from starting on time to move in to the new apartment. Otherwise the entire team was absolutely perfect on moving day!

The team that moved us was absolutely exceptional, both in terms of how they packed and moved us and how much extra effort they took into making sure my pregnant wife was happy.

We had a pretty small move, very little furniture and mostly boxes from NJ to NY. All in all the experience was excellent. I thought the price a bit higher than it shouldve been but aside from that I would highly recommend.

Everything went well and was impressed with the crew. Only recommendation is that truck was not branded very well with logo and had some graffiti on it which degraded the brand value. Would recommend that trucks are better branded and free of graffiti.

Other than some scratches to the paint on the wall in the lobby of my building, the movers were efficient, fast, and courteous.

Overall the move went better than I expected. Crews were very polite and hardworking, and took extra care with removing my furniture down a very difficult and constricted stairway. The cross country delivery was very quick - one week - which helped me tremendously. I will recommend your services to my friends.

The movers were so careful with my furniture and professional the entire time. It was a rainy day, which is never great for a move, but everything went perfect. Best move experience in NYC and I have moved 4 times in 12 years.

There was a communication issue with flatrate and building management on proper insurance papers. It was probably my fault for doing last minute. But overall, very smooth, quick and professional. I almost forgot that we moved! It was that seamless.

We've used Flat Rate for approximately 4 moves in 6 years, and 1 year we didn't use them, and we deeply regretted it. There is only Flat Rate when it comes to moving, as far as we're concerned.

I felt that the price ended up being high and I could have got a better deal elsewhere; but the performance by the team was fantastic. Mario, in particular, could not have been more helpful, and he made this the easiest, most seamless move I've ever experienced.
