The crew that came to pack and move our furniture were very professional and very efficient. I highly recommend this crew. The move went extremely smoothly. It was so surprised how easy they made it.

You picked up on Sunday at 2 days notice. I didn't think either would be possible but you not only did it but everything was outstanding from the sales contact to the collection.

The service was excellent. My only complaint is that the movers forgot one of the boxes they were supposed to move. Since it was a rather large box I had to hire other movers the next day to come & pick it up & transport it for me.

If you want to ensure people fill out this survey in the future I suggest the email you link you send take them to a form with all their information already filled out. Don't make me do extra work to help you. Having said that, I think the service was expensive but the movers were fantastic.

Mario was fantastic and offered to move the magnetic piece on a cabinet so it would close properly. I would definetly use Flat Rate again and highly recommend to friends and family.

I didn't like flatrate moving with my first move from jersey city to Hoboken. After moving several times, I used several other moving companies and they all suck. I decided to give flatrate another shot, and I had the best experience possible. I'm very happy I chose them and will choose them moving forward.

The tipping portion was misread by me. We gave $200 ($50/man), which we thought was generous, only to find out later that the normal rate of the tip is 15% of the invoice.
