I have never seen movers as happy as these two men. They were very kind and considerate. They listened to my friends' suggestion on how to place the furniture in order to fit threw the doorway since the hall was a tight fit. I hope that when I have to move something else that these guys are the ones' to do it. :)

Was excellent, the only glitch was they scratched my closet door in bedroom. We thought it would wash off but it doesn't. So I may have to buy new doors if my landlord decides to be nit picky.

The move went as smoothly as a move can go. There were a few broken and damaged items and I especially appreciate the follow up by Marilyn in Customer Service in addressing these issues. She's been great to work with.

In a city filled with crappy, irresponsible and overpriced movers, FLATRATE is a gem. They have great customer service, are reliable, responsible and the guys doing the actual move are lovely.

Our movers were exceptional. I had underestimated what needed to be moved for my one-bedroom apartment and they handled the adjustment very well.
