The team that was assigned for my move was very diligent and hard working. The service was excellent. I will highly recommend flatrate. The move went quickly and smoothly and they were very polite.

Everyone was professional, courteous, efficient, and unflappable. When the elevator at the destination went out of service, no one complained, even though it meant having to haul heavy boxes and furniture up 6 flights of stairs. And the additional fee resulting from the broken elevator was reasonable. I would highly recommend FlatRate.
